• All payments are required upfront to secure your appointment.

• We accept all major credit cards (3% processing fee applies), Venmo, Zelle, Cash, and Checks (no fee).

• FSA Cards are also accepted for services.

mISSED APPOINTMENTS

• Missed appointments are non-refundable, session credit remains if cancelled more than 24 hours beforehand, you may reschedule within 1  year of purchase.
   

RESCHEDULING &CANCELLATIONS

• Life happens:  if you need to reschedule, please keep in mind:

  • With 72+ hours’ notice, no fee and your session credit stays active for 1 year of purchase.

  • With 24–72 hours’ notice, a $50 fee applies, but you keep the session credit.

  • With less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows, the session is forfeited.

• This policy helps us honor everyone’s time and ensures that your spot isn’t held while another patient is waiting.

lATE ARRIVALS

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arriving later than 15 minutes requires rescheduling and will incur a $50 late fee.

• All supplements are priced lower than Amazon. If you find a better price, we’ll match it!

Auto-Accident Payments

• We accept auto-accident insurance. Our team will assist with claims, but records cannot be sent if a balance remains unpaid.​​​​​​​
