❌mISSED APPOINTMENTS

• Missed appointments are non-refundable, but you may reschedule within 2 years.
   

⏳RESCHEDULING &CANCELLATIONS

• Reschedule at least 3 days before your appointment to avoid fees.

• Cancellations within 3 days will incur a $50 fee, charged to the credit card on file.

⌛lATE ARRIVALS

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arriving later than 15 minutes requires rescheduling and will incur a $50 late fee.

🚗Auto-Accident Payments

• We accept auto-accident insurance. Our team will assist with claims, but records cannot be sent if a balance remains unpaid.​

🏥Medicare Payments

• Medicare covers "Manual Manipulation to the Spine" under certain conditions.

• Exams, maintenance, wellness care, and therapeutic services are not covered.

• Medicare does not cover X-rays ordered by a chiropractor—options include self-payment or a medical doctor's prescription.
