MIND-BODY HEALING - SERVICE DESCRIPTION
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will relax on a soft table with a view of Santa Paula peak in the Topa Topa mountains. Each session is 1-hour in length, we may go a little over-time or under-time depending on what is needed for your care.
During the first session, I will review your intake form with you, and ask any questions I may have. I will point out the main systems we will need to work on: either the root cause of your condition or the acute symptoms, whichever is hindering your health the most at that time. You can expect a posture screening, nutritional testing, and a trapped energy evaluation. Depending on your needs and wants, we will focus on either energy release, nutritional therapies, and/or chiropractic bodywork.
We will be working together to improve your health: I will give you educational pamphlets, herbs, mantras, stretches to do at home, and other homework depending on what is needed to empower you in your health. "You will leave feeling unstuck and free: Body and Mind"
