COMMON QUESTIONS ANSWERED

1. Can you elaborate on the concept of "full spectrum healing" and how it addresses various dimensions of a person's well-being—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual?

"Full spectrum healing" embraces physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and chemical dimensions of well-being. These interconnected parts influence each other deeply. There is no disconnect between them. This comprehensive approach recognizes the interconnectedness of these dimensions and how they influence one another. I utilize personalized methods to address these aspects comprehensively, aiming for holistic wellness beyond surface symptoms.   By addressing all aspects, I aim to achieve a higher state of wellness in my members that goes beyond the mere absence of physical symptoms. Full-spectrum healing involves personalized techniques and therapies that not only target physical ailments and misalignments but also considers emotional, mental well-being, and spiritual growth. My objective revolves around maintaining individuals within a harmonious rhythm of natural healing, consistently prioritizing well-being and enhancement. This approach ensures that when unforeseen circumstances—be they physical or chemical in nature—arise, their impact is mitigated, resulting in less pronounced disruptions.

2. Chiropractic care often focuses on physical adjustments. How do you address the psychological and emotional aspects of pain and wellness in your treatment approach?

As a chiropractor specializing in spiritual bodywork, I believe in the profound connection between emotions and physical responses. I muscle test to find where old stagnant energy is being held in your body and walk you through how to let this energy go. Physical touch allows the old energy to move out faster.

Our bodies and emotions share an intricate dance, which are never truly separated. Imagine your body and emotions as partners in a timeless waltz—every step influences the other. There is no such thing as an ache or pain without having a stuck energy behind it. There is a lesson to learn within pain, always.

Consider this: envision yourself caught in thoughts of the future, and you might find your body subtly leaning forward, eagerly reaching ahead. Posture reflects your emotional state and mirrors your feelings. It's a remarkable synergy where posture and emotion entwine seamlessly.

For instance, think about lower back pain—often a silent conversation between body and emotion. Physical discomfort here might usher in feelings of heaviness, even resembling depression. However, this dance has another twist: those very feelings of depression can give rise to the symptoms of lower back pain. It's a dialogue where symptoms and emotions harmonize, amplifying each other's voice.

Imagine a scenario: someone in the grips of deep-rest, akin to a state of depression, finds solace in remaining stagnant, lying down. Yet, this stillness in emotions translates to stillness in the body. In return, this sedentary state, on the bed for too long lying on your back, could trigger lower back pain—a clear case of emotions and posture playing their synchronized roles.

This dance between the physical and the emotional is both intricate and multilayered, offering insights into the depth of their interconnectedness. It's these intricacies that I explore as well as guiding my patients towards full spectrum healing, where emotional harmony and physical well-being align seamlessly.

3. What type of services do you offer?

I offer a range of services aimed at promoting holistic wellness, including gentle chiropractic adjustments, trigger point release therapy, nutritional guidance, lifestyle & spiritual counseling, stress reduction techniques, mindfulness practices, chemical healing through nutrition, and private yoga lessons. Recognizing that the body's chemical balance plays a significant role in well-being, I provide nutritional guidance tailored to each individual's needs. Additionally, I host private yoga lessons that not only improve physical flexibility but also encourage mental clarity and emotional balance.

4. Some individuals prefer drug-free approaches to healthcare. How do you work with patients and their primary care providers to achieve holistic wellness goals while considering their medical history?

When working with patients who prefer drug-free approaches, collaboration with primary care providers is essential. I maintain open communication with their healthcare team to ensure that my holistic wellness plan aligns with their medical needs. By considering their medical history and ongoing treatments, I create a comprehensive plan that promotes natural healing. With patient education comes patient empowerment, where my members rely less on and less of my services overtime and gradually, becoming a fully empowered individual.

5. Each person's spiritual journey is unique. How do you tailor your healing approach to respect and honor individual beliefs and paths?

Respecting everyone’s spiritual journey is a cornerstone of my practice. I take time to understand their beliefs, values, and spiritual practices, which guides me in tailoring our healing approach. Additionally, I consider the individual's dietary preferences, allergies, and nutritional needs to create a holistic wellness plan that respects their unique path and supports their chemical healing through nutrition.

6. In what way do you practice self-care and maintain your own well-being, while helping others?

Practicing self-care is a vital component of my ability to provide effective care to others. I place a strong emphasis on nurturing my own well-being, which enables me to guide my patients more effectively. I've found that my love for nature and passion for yoga play pivotal roles in my self-care routine.

Regularly immersing myself in nature allows me to recharge and find inspiration. Whether it's taking tranquil walks in the woods, strolling along the beach, or simply spending time in a park, the healing power of nature is undeniable. These moments of connection with the natural world help me find clarity, reduce stress, and regain perspective.

Yoga is another cornerstone of my self-care routine. It's not only a physical practice but a spiritual and mental one as well. The mindful movements and focused breathing that yoga offers help me cultivate a sense of inner balance and tranquility. Incorporating yoga into my routine provides me with a profound sense of grounding and enables me to approach challenges with a clear mind and an open heart.

By prioritizing self-care, I ensure that I am in the best possible state to guide my patients on their journeys toward full spectrum healing. It's my belief that in order to provide the utmost care for others, I must first care for myself and foster a deep sense of harmony with nature and within myself.

6. How does Energy Healing work?

Energy Healing originates from the core essence of love. The heart center emerges as a potent magnet, cultivated through focused attention and mindful breathing at the center of the chest. This practice serves to liberate entrenched energies residing within the subconscious mind. These stagnant energies encompass everything rooted in negativity and fear—opposing the very essence of love.

When these immobilized energies are brought into conscious awareness, a pivotal choice unveils itself: whether to continue harboring them or to release their grip. As we transition from the realm of overthinking to a space of heartfelt connection, the heart's magnetic force expels these unloving energies outward.

Within this practice, occasions arise where profound suppressed emotions find release. Equally, there exists a subtler emergence of emotions that beckon examination. Emotions, diverse in form and magnitude, often arrive with intricate layers of personal healing. They possess the potential for monumental relief during energy work, but can also effect subtle shifts that, over time, orchestrate transformative trajectories.

Notably, just as the human body expels toxins through deep respiration, the Earth too boasts a polarity that aids in the detoxification of unwanted energies and impurities. Aiding in this process, a grounding mat graces our table, facilitating the expulsion of undesirable energies. Noteworthy also is the innate polarity of healing vested in our hands, an extension of the heart space.

In essence, Energy Healing is an intricate dance with the forces of love and release, guided by the heart's magnetic resonance and the ancient affinity between humanity and the Earth. Take a look at the grounding mat we use in office:

7. How do I determine whether I require bodywork or energy work?

Upon conducting a comprehensive assessment, I will discern the most pertinent area to direct our efforts. In certain instances, exclusively energy work is warranted, while in others, solely bodywork is deemed appropriate. Occasionally, sessions encompass a combination of both, dividing the time equally between bodywork and energy work. Within my practice, a harmonious equilibrium prevails, with half of the time dedicated to performing bodywork and the remaining half to energy work.

8. What is a trapped emotion?

A trapped emotion is a persisting energetic resonance originating from a emotive episode. This lingering vibrational pattern integrates into the fabric of the somatic structure, thereby engendering a form of recurrent emotional recall or heightened responsiveness. (either consious or unconsiously) The sustained oscillation of this emotional frequency bears the potential to disrupt the inherent bioenergetic equilibrium of the body, consequently impacting cellular and neural signaling pathways. This, in turn, may give rise to a spectrum of physiological consequences, ranging from disruptions in neural processing to hormonal imbalances.

The intricate interplay between trapped emotions and physiological processes shows the webbing and intertiwing of the scientific and the spiritual. The accumulation of imperceptible emotional imprints over time constitutes a subtle yet impactful amount of dis-ease in the body. Eventually, with enough trapped emotions in the body, over time, we can feel psychological distress and somatic manifestations.

8. Should I book an online or in-person session?

Both online and in-person sessions are equally effective, reflecting my balanced practice. Booking online provides convenience, saving you time and travel hassle. With half of my practice online, I've optimized virtual sessions for impactful healing and growth. Your choice depends on preference, knowing you'll receive exceptional care and support either way.
