Joining Forces for Optimal Well-being

Most chiropractors & healers consider alleviating symptoms as the initial step in a person's care journey. However, simply reducing pain and stopping there increases the likelihood of the problem  recurring. To forestall a rapid return of symptoms, it's essential to maintain care even after your symptoms have vanished.

As you progress into the correction/restorative phase of your care, the frequency of your appointments needed will decrease compared to the initial phase. Depending on your unique circumstances, you may also incorporate new care at home to upkeep with the changes going on in your body and mind.

Don't be disheartened if you experience occasional mild flare-ups in your symptoms; this is a normal occurrence during this phase. Such flare-ups are expected because your body hasn't fully recovered. The same with stressors, emotional triggers may return, but only for us to take more steps forward than we did back, The duration of this care phase can vary widely, spanning from a few months to a couple of years, contingent on the severity of your injury or condition and its duration.
