Service Description

WHAT TO EXPECT: You will relax on a soft table with a view of the Topa Topa mountains! This is a 30min bodywork session. We may go a little over-time or under-time depending on what is needed for your care. During the first session, I will review your intake form with you, and ask any questions that I may have. Expect the first session to take 15 to 30 mins longer. In order for you to get the most out of a total body alignment a "Nutritional Defiency Screening" will also be evaluted via muscle testing. This is so your bodywork sessions will be more effective and long-term. Without proper nutrition, bodywork will not sustain. During your session, I will point out the main systems we will need to work on,: either the root cause of your condition or the acute symptoms, whichever is hindering your health the most at that time. You can expect a posture screening. Depending on your needs and wants, we will focus on masssage, stretching, nutritional therapies, and/or chiropractic bodywork. We will be working together to improve your health: I may give you yoga therapeutics to perform at home, and other homework depending on what is needed to empower you in your health. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: To maintain excellence in customer service, I require a 72- hour cancellation notification for my appointments. Please notify me within 72 hours to avoid a $50 charge.  LATE POLICY: A grace period of 15 minutes will be upheld, any time after requires rescheduling the appointment and $50 late fee.
