Service Description

WHAT TO EXPECT: You will relax on a soft table with a view of Santa Paula peak in the Topa Topa mountains. Each session is 30mins in length, we may go a little over-time or under-time depending on what is needed for your care. During the first session, I will review your intake form with you, and ask any questions I may have. I will point out the main systems we will need to work on: either the root cause of your condition or the acute symptoms, whichever is hindering your health the most at that time. You can expect a posture screening and nutritional testing. Depending on your needs and wants, we will focus on masssage, stretching, nutritional therapies, and/or chiropractic bodywork. We will be working together to improve your health: I will give you yoga theraptues to perform at home,and other homework depending on what is needed to empower you in your health. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: To maintain excellence in customer service, I require a 72- hour cancellation notification for my appointments. Please notify me within 72 hours to avoid a $50 charge.  LATE POLICY: A grace period of 15 minutes will be upheld, any time after requires rescheduling the appointment and $50 late fee.
