Updated: Jan 21, 2021
4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1.5 cup pecans or any nuts!
pink salt to your preference
1/4 cup ground cinnamon (sometimes I use pumpkin spice mix from trader joes)
½ cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
½ cup honey or any sweenter!
5 teaspoon vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and use parchement paper to 1 or 2 baking sheets depending on size of pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine add everything and stir.
Pour the granola onto your prepared pan and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer. 1/2 an inch to an inch thick.
Bake until lightly golden, about 20 minutes, stirring halfway. The granola will further crisp up as it cools.
Let the granola cool completely.
Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for 2 weeks. Serving recommendations as follows:
Produces 8 Servings - snack on a fresh one when it comes out of oven :)

let your dog lick the coconut oil from the bowl :)
Cinnamon will help you feel cozy and intimate with yourself as you eat the granola as well as helping your body process the sugar at steady pace so that you can have energy throughout the day. I recommend eating with kefir (Healthy bacteria!) or acai bowl.
